Shipping In India

  • We offer free shipping within India for orders whose total value is above Rs.7500. For certain Remote Locations within India we may charge an extra amount depending on the surcharge / additional charges as levied by the courier agency.

  • At Seasons Chennai, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are processed promptly and handed over to the courier company or postal authorities within the stipulated time. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information.

    1. Order Processing:

    • Seasons Chennai guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of order and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

    2. Delivery Address:

    • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address of the buyer unless an alternative address is specified at the time of order placement.

    3. Shipping Delays:

    • Seasons Chennai is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Once the consignment is handed over to the courier or postal authorities, the delivery timeline is beyond our control.

    4. Damaged Shipments:

    • Seasons Chennai is not responsible for any damage to the order that occurs while in transit to the buyer. Any issues related to damage during transit should be addressed directly with the courier company or postal authorities.

Transit Time

  • We ship all orders through fastest possible & reputed courier services who deliver within 4-7 working days(post dispatch) or more depending on the location. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.
  • For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 4-10 working days(post dispatch) depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carriers end.

Transit & Charges

  • We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.

Return Of Shipments

  • All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email the customer care for Return procedure within 48 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Seasons Chennai Team.
  • All refunds will be processed in the form of store credits. the store credits are eligible for use online as well as at store.
  • The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
  • We do not Entertain any returns or exchange on products that were customized or which has undergone alterations. 
  • In case returns or Exchange, the entire shipping cost must be borne by the customers. 
  • Products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging and must be sent along with original bills & tags. 
  • Also courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
  • Any Return or Exchange request should be raised within 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product  in written via an email  to

  • Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained
  • We do offer you the best in class quality products sourced from verified vendors However, we do not provide any guarantee for the fabric and color fading of the fabric.

Important information regarding International Shipping Charges.

  • International Shipping has to be paid separately by customers once the product is ready and packed.

In case of extraordinary circumstances, Seasons Chennai cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period. Management reserves the right to take a call on the necessary action.
