Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping In India

  • We offer free shipping within India for orders whose total value is above Rs.7500. For certain Remote Locations within India we may charge an extra amount depending on the surcharge / additional charges as levied by the courier agency.
  • Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to. If you require product to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us on seasonsinchennai@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on 9710429000 . We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.

Transit Time

  • We ship all orders through fastest possible & reputed courier services who deliver within 4-7 working days(post dispatch) or more depending on the location. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.
  • For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 4-7 working days(post dispatch) depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carriers end.

Transit & Charges

  • We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.

Return Of Shipments

  • All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email the customer care for Return procedure within 48 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Seasons Chennai Team.
  • The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
  • We do not Entertain any returns on products that were customized or which has undergone alterations 
  • We do not Entertain any returns or exchange on products that were sold on discounts or sale.
  • In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Seasons Chennai, the entire shipping cost must be borne by the customers. 
  • Products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging and must be sent along with original bills & tags 
  • Also courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
  • Any Return or Exchange request should be raised within 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product  in written via an email  to seasonsinchennai@gmail.com
  • In the unlikely event that your product has arrived damaged please take photographs of the consignment and share the same with our customer service team 
  • Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained
  • We do offer you the best in class quality products sourced from verified vendors However, we do not provide any guarantee for the fabric and color fading of the fabric.

Conditions 

In case of extraordinary circumstances, Seasons Chennai cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period. Management reserves the right to take a call on the necessary action.
